At a Business Improvement workshop in January 2012, someone happenned to have a camera... 

And to emphasise Pauls' point in the video above about Challenge Mapping, this is what Barry van Eupen wanted to say:-

'Many thanks for the excellent and enjoyable workshop/seminar you presented on Thursday.

I found that the Business Design Benchmarking process really makes you think and focus on the purpose of your business by going through the logical steps we completed as part of the seminar.

The Challenge Mapping exercise was great fun and although the challenge you gave us looked fairly obvious on the face of it, we found it quite challenging to make to right connections to solve the issues raised by the exercise.  It was fun completing it and in the process I learned a new approach of identifying and clarifying major issues that need to be resolved.

I will certainly apply the techniques I learnt to my own business when reviewing my own business purpose and issues that I need to resolve.'
