These are web based learning programmes on Business design from a leadership perspective. There is also optional coaching support.
Whereas the workshops are face to face activities, you learn about business design on these packages via an ecoaching platform (more thought provoking than elearning!), and if you want help it is optionally there.
The Programmes are designed for three groups of people. There is a slightly different version for each group although each is based on the same philosophy and principles and each is based on developing a good business design, incorporating a strong purpose and business model. Smaller organisations sometimes need to work more on Business identity. Larger organisations on internal culture change.
1. Business Owners or Leaders (MDs/ CEOs of organisations) with at least *ten staff
- Business Design programme for Business Leaders of Larger businesses
2. Business Owners or Business Leaders of organisations between one and *ten staff
- Business Design programme for Business Leaders of Smaller businesses
3. Directors of Organisations of at least ten staff who have also have subordinates
- The Business Design programme for Directors
